Janet Orsi's foundational bass is the glue that holds theduo together, oftenside-tracking to complement vocal melody lines and the mood of the songs. She loves to feel the passion of original material and express her signature style to embellish the songwriter's creation.
Janet effortlessly adapts to the variety of music styles presented by Marilyn's songwriting. She plays a fluid and solid bassline to rhythm and blues, jazz, soul, contemporary pop, folk and country. Her warm tones create the union between the bass and Marilyn's rhythm guitar. The duo often plays off each other in an intuitive way with rhythms and melodies.
