The Pacific Northwest and Next Generation Biofuel Projects

The worldwide bioenergy industry is growing up and the Pacific Northwest is host to an interesting portfolio of next generation biofuel projects including hydrogen as vehicular fuel, large-scale biodiesel plants, next-generation cellulosic ethanol pilot projects and integrated biomethane facilities feeding on the waste products of other energy creation processes.
ParkerMessana currently manages projects in each of these new energy industries and look forward to sharing their insight on the leadership role of the Pacific Northwest, as well as interesting solutions and technologies from around the world that may impact development of our local biofuel industry.
Mr. Parker has 28 years experience in engineering and constructing industrial energy & chemical projects worldwide, including process engineering, design and project management for a recently completed 100 mgy biodiesel plant in Washington State and numerous other bioenergy and biofuel projects. He holds degrees in chemical and electrical engineering and is CEO of ParkerMessana Biofuel Consulting Engineers.
