Ever think "Hmmm. . . I do love chocolate. Maybe I should become a chocolatier . ."? Or ever wonder how exactly a cacao bean becomes a chocolate bar? Tonight, Zohara Mapes, TCHO chocolatier helps you answer both of those questions. She will show you (with all her cool gadgets) how chocolate gets made, and in the process, show you how she spends her day.
