Best of the Fest - Phoenix Film Festival Double Feature
Miss this year's Phoenix Film Festival? Or maybe you just want to see those great films again. Either way we're giving you one last chance to see the best films from this year's festival. Join us as we hold encore screenings of the best from this year's program.
6pm show: Shorts. A sampling of the best shorts as voted by the audience, judges and programmers.
8pm show: Wild Horse Wild Ride (documentary feature film) The film tells the story of the Extreme Mustang Makeover Challenge: a remarkable contest in which 100 regular people are challenged to tame 100 totally wild mustangs in order to get them a better life beyond the fences of federal holding facilities. In a mere three months, man and horse must transform from scared strangers to close companions. Wild Horse Wild Ride won multiple awards including the Cox Audience Award for Best Film. Watch trailer
Cost: Free to Museum Members and Members of the Phoenix Film Society. $5 Non-Member, single show, film only admission or $8 for Non-Member admission to both shows.
