Taste of Place
We'll taste 'our place' at Taste (Cafe). Meet the author. Meet the producer.
Mingle with author Rowan Jacobsen, as he wraps up a day of presentations about his book, American Terroir. We'll enjoy a fun and delicious tasting of two WA state products profiled in the book... Totten Inlet Oysters & the new Tieton Hard Ciders. The Tieton Ciders producer will be on hand to sample and answer your questions.
Additional side bites prepared by Inland NW Culinary Academy students, with generous donations from PNW Farmers Co-op, featuring sustainable, non-GMO Palouse Prairie family farms. Sweet treats compliments of our host, Hannah Heber of Taste Cafe!
A great event to get your copy of American Terroir signed, as you enjoy a couple of the very foods Jacobsen describes in the book!
