Coriolis Dance Collective returns this season with the third installment of our annual signature production Co-LAB 3. This mixed repertory performance boasts an even more diverse line-up of new work than ever before, featuring choreographers plucked from the wider geographical region of Oregon, Idaho, and California, as well as our own homegrown talent in Seattle. Prepare your calendars for newly commissioned work by Lauren Edson (Trey MacIntyre Project), Gillmer Duran (Eugene Ballet) in collaboration with video artist Matthew Fishel and fashion designer Liise Wyatt, Kara Davis (KUNST-STOFF, Janice Garrett and Dancers), Selfick Ng-Simancas (Seattle) in collaboration with Matthew Ellis, and Co-founder Natascha Greenwalt Murphy. See why the Seattlest included Coriolis as one of their top 11 to watch in 2011 in the premiere of this technically and dramatically eclectic range of works on May 14, 8pm and May 15, 7pm at the Madrona Dance Studios of Spectrum Dance Theater.
