Bruery Five Course Beer Pairing Dinner to Benefit Share Our Strength.
Steingarten LA is excited to welcome "The Bruery" for a five course beer pairing dinner to benefit http://tasteofthenationla.org/blog/ (a non- profit working to end childhood hunger by 2015).
Located in Placentia California, "The Bruery" is one of the fastest growing and most interesting new craft breweries in the country.
We will be serving five unique beers paired with five unique food dishes. The brewmaster from the brewery will be on hand to speak about the beers.
$10 of sale of each ticket will be dontaed to Share our Strength.
In addition, we will also be featuring five beers not paired in the dinner from "The Bruery" with a dollar from every beer sold going to the charity as well.
Seating is strictly limited to 50 guests and will sell out fast so please buy your tickets ASAP. This event is open to anyone 21 years of age and up.

Amuse-Bouche: Rosemary Lamb Lollipop. Balsamic Toy Box. "The Bruery Marron Acidifie." (An American Sour Ale w/ Notes of Dark Fruit)
Salad: "Mischief" Raspberry Vinaigrette. Grilled Peaches. D'ambert Mousse. "The Bruery Hottenroth." (A Unique Take on a Traditional Berliner Weisse, Slightly Sour w/ Citrus Notes)
Appetizer: Deer Salami Tartine. Drunken Goat Cheese. "The Bruery Rugbrod." (This big American Brown Ale takes it's name from a traditional Danish Rye Bread)
Main Coarse: Herb Crusted Halibut & Rib-Eye Tournade. Lemon & Thyme Mash. "The Bruery Gremlin." (A Spicy and Citrus Forward Belgian Strong Pale Ale)
Dessert: "Tres Beer" Banana Pound Cake. Apricot and Barley Risotto. "The Bruery Orchard White." (Belgian Witt Beer Spiced w/ Coriander, Citrus and Lavender)
JUST ANNOUNCED!
WE WILL BE SERVING A KEG OF THE "SALT OF THE EARTH," A ONE TIME OFFERING THAT HAS NOT BEEN SERVED OUTSIDE OF THE BRUERY PROVISIONS STORE! This traditional German beer has it's origins in Leipzeig and is a unfiltered wheat beer with ground coriander and the addition of salt. This slightly tart and acidic beer has a refreshing and bitter salt finish. This beer has been nearing extinction but recently has seen a mini revival. One of only three produced on U.S. soul this beer is not to be missed!
