Learn how to make and age cheese from sweet milk to moldy wheel with Louella Hill, the SF Milk Maid. Yes - this means you CAN make bloomy rinds and fuzzy coats and grown blue in your own home kitchen. We will teach you how, including aging and storing techniques and when to make the cut. Class topics include:
