Red Blossom Tea Series: Oolong
Please join 18 Reasons and Peter Loung, of Red Blossom Tea Company, for three tasting classes about Chinese tea and culture! In this series, we will steep ourselves in the rich history and complexities of a green, white, black, oolong and pu-erh teas. You will learn how to access the tea you are drinking and the different grades available in the marketplace. The first class on green and white teas will take place on May 3rd, the second, on May 17th the focus will be on oolong tea, and the final class on May 31st, will focus on black and pu-erh teas. Snacks crafted by Bi-Rite Market's Linh Phu will be served at each to add a little sweetness.
Note - you may attend one, two, or all three classes. You do need to purchase tickets to all three, and tickets to each class will be sold separately.
