Growing and changing and creating new life. Seeds (or thoughts) taking root. Gardens, babies, new love. A training bra. Arm-pit hair. Flushed cheeks, finding yourself, a final blaze of glory.

The stories are not read or memorized, they are told from the life experiences and creativity of the teller.

Have dinner at the Cup Cafe (reservations recommended: 798-1618) in the historic Hotel Congress OR at the new Maynard's Market and Kitchen on Toole Ave in the Historic Train Depot (reservations recommended: 545-0577).
Doors open at 6:30, come early to get a good seat. Parking is free on the street after 5 p.m.

Storytelling is a way to make connections with diverse and different people that you may not meet in your everyday life. Because people are telling stories from their lives they may be amazing, messy, enlightening, disturbing, profound and entertaining. Our storytellers have guidelines but they are uncensored.
