Beaucoup Chapeaux CD Release Party
The Miners Foundry is proud to present the Beaucoup Chapeaux CD Release Party on Friday, May 6, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. in the lovely Stone Hall at the Miners Foundry. Beaucoup Chapeaux, French for many hats, plays original compositions combined with French musettes, Italian mazurkas, Argentinean tangos, Gypsy waltzes, Greek hasapikos, North Americana folk, Canadiana, Celtic, even some pop. Each a multi-instrumentalist, Maggie McKaig, Luke Wilson, Murray Campbell & Randy McKean, conjure up music on accordion, violin, clarinet, bass clarinet, oboe, and tenor guitar, banjo, dobro, steel guitar, & cittern. Nevada City Classic Café will be offering itâs most popular dishes from their famous Friday evening menu, including Coq au Vin, Bouillabaisse, Popeye Crepe, and Prime Rib Crepe. Tickets are $15.00 in advance and include the Beaucoup Chapeaux Cd, a glass of wine and music. Tapas meals are available for an additional $15.00. Reservations are strongly recommended as there is limited seating. No-Host bar is available.
