2. More Broadway stars: Roustabout brought Tony Award-winner Jason Robert Brown, and Obie Award-winner Martin Moran to town for exclusive one-on-one work with our students.
3. Winning a Sonoma County Arts Festival grant: Roustabout's world premiere, "3 Penny Cabaret", was competitively selected by the Irvine-funded Arts Festival and nominated for Theatreworld's "Best Special Theatrical Event of the Year" award.
4. Creating a new Training company: The Journeymen Company addresses the learning needs of our more advanced students with challenging material and additional responsibilities.
5. Expanding our Training Conservatory. Roustabout added Apprentice classes in Acting Technique, Tap Dance and Voice & Speech. Our classes are taught by conservatory-trained instructors and included, for free, in the rehearsal schedule for each student!
