We are jumpin' out of our boots with joy about Merry War Theatre Groups' latest production, of William Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing" outdoors at The Lear Theater.

Much Ado About Nothing with a Texas Twist - complete with a hoedown, dastardly villians, and love that triumphs over all.

Opening June 12th-28th, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6:30pm.

Merry War Theatre Group places this classic Shakespearian comedy in the heart of Texas. Let the laughter, love, country rivalries, and down home fun ensue. This summer evening event invites adults and children alike to see the Lear Theater come to life, and leads everyone straight into Artown.

There's a little something for everyone; romance, rivalry, lovers, villains, singing, and a hoedown. Shakespeare's most beloved romantic tragic comedy is the perfect example of how opposites attract, and the western setting makes for a rip roarin' rompin' good time!
