Bust Out: Soul Motion/Motion Theater Daylong Workshop with Nina Wise and Zuza Engler
Motion Theater founder Nina Wise and Soul Motion master teacher Zuza Engler will guide you in a day of uplifting expressive practices. You'll dance, sweat, play theater games, and engage in mindful and liberating improvisation. These practices sharpen the mind, strengthen the body, and free the spirit allowing what is inside of us to come out in ways that are playful, enlightening and even life-changing. This is a great way to be in community,to connect to ourselves and others.
