Rose has gained in popularity over recent years to become the top beverage of choice to celebrate and enjoy summer. Ned, who once appreciated the racy and cerebral intensity of a particular Sancerre Rose so much that he wanted to have an affair with it, has assembled a collection of the five most exciting rose he has access to and will be sampling all of them at 7 in the evening on the 27th.
Accompanying the Roses will be taste of several chilled potato and chicken salad, because everyone knows that potato salad and chicken salad with Rose day is one of the best food and wine pairings in the universe.
You'll be sampling the following:
Uncastellum Rose, SPN.
A Table Malbec Rose, FR.
Riffaut Sancerre Rose, FR.
Clos Cibonne Tibouren Rose, FR.
Saint Pourcain Rose, FR.
*all wines will be available for purchase the night of the event*
Please be aware that we have *very* limited parking for customers on Saturday nights, with Caiola's sharing a parking lot. Walking and/or parking on the street is preferred- thank you!
