Leader of the Pack: The Ellie Greenwich Musical
Kaleidoscope Theatre is pleased to present "Leader of the Pack: The Ellie Greenwich Musical," a hit Broadway show that features many of the great rock and roll hits of the 60s! Loaded with hits that many of you have known since childhood, it will be difficult to sit still in your seats.
Ellie Greenwich was an American pop music singer, songwriter, and record producer responsible for some of the biggest hits of the 1960s. This compelling musical enacts the story of Ellie's rise to fame and fortune through some of her most well-known works, including: "Chapel of Love," "Da Do Ron Ron," "Be My Baby," "Hanky Panky," "Do Wah Diddy," and, of course, "Leader of the Pack."
The show is directed by Becky Neuman, and musically led by some of the best musicians in and around Drumheller. Choreography will be shared by Carol Todor and Tricia Hatch; and Shelly Fullerton will be returning to Drumheller to be a member of the cast. With a cast that is strong in singing and dancing, this will be a show well worth seeing.
Kaleidoscope Theatre is Drumheller's Community Theatre, and everyone, from front of house to backstage and behind-the-scenes, are volunteers. Show your support for local talent and be ready for an evening of fun entertainment.
