Toronto Roller Derby & GTA Rollergirls Present: Uhaul BRAWL
UHAUL BRAWL 2015: The pack is Queer!
Once again we are be co-presenting this event with the GTA Rollergirls at Ted Reeve Arena - just 10 subway stops away from the village, so it's an ideal pre-Pride party!
Uhaul BRAWL (formerly known as Clam Slam) is our annual roller derby event to kick off Pride weekend, and brings together the LGBTQ2 roller derby community for an event like no other! We provide a kid-friendly, wheelchair-accessible, and campy sports event that is fun for everyone!
Once again this year we will have TWO bouts! 6:30 pm: Blundstone Brigade vs the Glitterazzi 8:00 pm: Team UHaul vs Plaid Mafia
Ted Reeve Arena is at 175 Main St - 10 subway stops from Yonge and Bloor! Take the Line 2 / Bloor-Danforth subway to Main Street station. Ted Reeve Arena is about a 6 minute walk south, at Gerrard St. The GO train also stops at Main station.
Doors at 6:00, first whistle of the first bout at 6:30, second bout gets underway at 8:00. _________________________________________________________
