This in-depth interview will feature a panel interview with David Shore, HOUSE creator and showrunner, and several of his writing staff. They will discuss the origins of the show, its evolution and the dynamic of the writersâ room, where stories are hatched, broken and pinned down.
House has been honored with 23 Emmy Award nominations and four Emmy Awards, including an award for creator and executive producer David Shore. The series has also received two Writers Guild Awards for Episodic Drama (âBrokenâ and âAutopsyâ), as well as the 2006 Humanitas Prize for the episode âThree Storiesâ in addition to four Humanitas finalist honors.
House has also received two Golden Globe Awards and two Screen Actors Guild Awards for actor Hugh Laurie as well as a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for the ensemble cast, three Golden Globe Award nominations for Best Television Series, Drama; three NAACP Image Award nominations for Outstanding Drama Series; and two NAACP Image Awards for actor Omar Epps.
The show has also been honored by the American Film Institute as one of the TV Programs of the Year, has won a Peabody Award, and several Peopleâs Choice Awards.
