Jenny Ferris is a San Francisco treasure, known for focusing on a composer, lyricist or vocalist and crafting a beautiful and fun homage to them. This time she has chosen
exquisite vocalist Irene Kral

Jenny's light and lovely voice casts a spell, while her sensitive phrasing tells the story with
heartfelt passion and a deep love of the music.

Irene Kral was a jazz singer's singer who made several well regarded albums in the 60's and 70's, most notably with pianist Alan Broadbent. She was the sister of Roy Kral, singing partner or Jackie Cain of the popular jazz duo Jackie and Roy. Her repertoire included such gems as It's a Wonderful World; Wheelers & Dealers; The Touch of Your Lips; Some Time Ago; and Small Day Tomorrow.
