If your idea of a drag show involves lip-synching, this is not that. This is a rollicking, sometimes careening out-of-control, balls-to-the-wall gender warrior cabaret led by Dito van Reigersberg, co-founder and co-artist director of Philadelphia's venerable Pig Iron Theatre Company.
Martha Graham Cracker is, arguably, the world's tallest and hairiest drag queen and was deemed the "Drag Queen King of Philadelphia" by the Philadelphia Inquirer and has received the Best of Philly award from Philadelphia magazine. The band was formed in Philadelphia in August 2005. Martha is accompanied by a four-piece band.
Seating is first come first serve. Doors open at 8 p.m. for advance ticket holders. Tickets will be available at the door starting at 8:15 p.m. 21+ with valid ID only.
