SCOPE:
Basic hands-on Alpha training for providers.
Uploading various documents to Alpha.(Service Plans, Behavior Plans, Psychologicals etc.)
Retrieving various documents from Alpha(Authorizations etc)
Completing SARS for LOC Authorization
INTENDED AUDIENCE:
Providers in the CenterPoint Human Services provider network. Please send those who are responsible for the above Alpha functions for your agency.
TRAINERS: Representative from Dynamic Quest and CenterPoint Human Services' Utilization Management team will facilitate the training.
