WHAT: This band is made up of some of the finest jazz virtuosos that Los Angeles has to offer. Roger Neumann has either played with or arranged for such names as Woody Herman, Ray Charles, Anita O'Day, and the Beach Boys. He is a fixture on the Los Angeles jazz scene, as is Larry Koonse, son of legendary guitarist Dave Koonse and a prolific musician who has played with Billy Childs, John Patitucci, and Hubert Laws, among others. Not only is Tom Peterson an accomplished session musician having played with everyone from Toshiko Akiyoshi, Micahel Bolton, Paul Anka and Bob Florence. Bassist Putter Smith is famously known for his role as Mr. Kidd in the James Bond films, but has more famously played with: Thelonius Monk, Duke Ellington Lee Konitz, Ray Charles. Matt Witek rounds out this extraordinarily talented combo and is in the Larry Fuller trio.
We will be unable to promise a seat to anyone who arrives without a reservation.
