Join Bluebird Grain Farms in celebrating their 10 year farm anniversary. Farro paella will be served over wood fire pits at the Twisp Works Campus in Twisp Washington. Guest chef and James Beard award winner John Sundstrom of Lark Restaurant, Seattle will be firing up his own paella dish for you to try.
Local fiddle musicians and "Methow Made" food and beverage products will be featured in this celebratory local meal designed and prepared by Cameron Green Catering. A portion from each ticket sale will be donated to the "Methow Made" program. "Methow Made" beverages will be available at a no host cash bar.
Dinner will be served starting at 6:30.
Join us for this 10 year anniversary celebration of farming ancient grains in the Methow Valley. Make sure to get your tickets before August 16th, prices will increase on the 17th. All ages welcome, children under 2 are free!
JUST ADDED! Bluebird Grain Farms will be hosting a granary tour and open house on Saturday September 5th from 10-12. Tour starts at 10 and lasts for 1/2 hour. Come see our production line and learn about how ancient grains are stored, processed, and sent to market and celebrate 10 years of farm to market production in the Methow Valley.
