"Healing Hearts"
Shortly after conception, until we take our last breath, it is the heart and it's beat that keeps us all going. The heart, the universal symbol for love, the most essential part of all people. That is why the idea of a broken heart is painful, both literally and figuratively.
But unfortunately, there are a lot of broken hearts out there
These last few years in our communities have not been easy times. With all of the painfully tumultuous incidents of injustice and civil unrest, there are a great deal of hearts that need healing. Muntu addresses this artistically by exploring various forms of love, acceptance, tolerance, and healing through dance and movement; creating thought provoking content aimed to not only inspire, but hopefully touch the hearts of everyone in the audience.
Because to heal our communities, we must first heal our own hearts
