Honky Tonk Hoedown
Sacramento, your first all-women's flat track roller derby league, the Sac City Rollers, are lacing up their quad skates for another home bout. Come for a taste of the action as the Rude Girls face off against the Sweaty Betties on Saturday April 9th. Doors open at 7p, the first whistle is blown at 7:30p. We'll have raffle prizes, vendors, a beer garden for those 21 and older, and lots of intense derby action! If you're new to derby, never fear, there will be plenty of volunteers around to grab when you need an explanation for what's happening on the track. So dress up in your best cowboy or cowgirl "boutfit", bring your friends to Foothill Skate Inn (4700 Auburn Blvd), and get ready to cheer yourself hoarse at the Sac City Rollers Honky Tonk Hoedown!
