Que(e)rying Shakespeare
Join us for Shakespeare with a twist!
"Que(e)rying Shakespeare" is a playful and irreverent 2-act theatre event, featuring cabaret-style performances of adapted scenes from Romeo and Juliet, Much Ado about Nothing, & the sonnets; and a performance of acclaimed American playwright Paula Vogel's one-act play, "Desdemona, a play about a handkerchief." Total running time: approximately 2 hours.
Admission includes cheese & fruit plate, one beverage (wine, soda, etc.), and all performances. The Dream Cakery will be providing a gourmet Shakespeare-inspired cake for the Saturday, April 23rd, 1pm performance.
Come eat, drink, and think outside the black box!
