Banish Shame & Experience More Pleasure
Shame around our sexuality, our body image, or our performance in bed prevents so many of us from truly experiencing sexual pleasure. Often we blame everything else our partners, ourselves, not having the right skills or the right toys. But until we confront and banish our shame, we will never be able to be fully experience the depth of orgasm and pleasure that is achievable. We will examine the underpinnings of shame, how to recognize our shame response, how and why shame interferes with our pleasure, and how shame can be banished from our lives!
