Adult Yoga at Caponi Art Park
Nurture and Restore Your Spirit at Caponi Art Park with Yoga
Class size will be limited to 25 people for each class.
Adult Yoga
July 24: 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of Caponi Art Park, we will restore the spirit and connect deeper to nature as we tune into our breath and our body through movement and mindfulness. A class designed for any body and all levels of experience. Nourish and ground yourself on your mat and as you move on with your day.
We also have a family yoga class happening August 2.
Parking: Parking is available in our main parking lot at 1220 Diffley Road. Signs will direct you to the yoga site.
Located on 60-acres of rolling wooded hills in Eagan, Minnesota, Caponi Art Park and Learning Center is a distinctive community space offering cultural and educational experiences in an inviting, natural setting.
