Family Yoga at Caponi Art Park
Nurture and Restore Your Spirit at Caponi Art Park with Yoga
Class size will be limited to 10 families for each class.
Family Yoga
June 21: 2:00 to 3:15 p.m.
Bond with your family in the gorgeous outdoor environment of Caponi Art Park. Through yoga postures and partner poses we will breath, reflect, and connect in a fun and relaxing way. All ages and generations are encouraged to attend. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water bottle. Families may want to bring bug spray.
We also have an adult yoga class happening July 24.
Parking: Parking is available in our main parking lot at 1220 Diffley Road. Signs will direct you to the yoga site.
Located on 60-acres of rolling wooded hills in Eagan, Minnesota, Caponi Art Park and Learning Center is a distinctive community space offering cultural and educational experiences in an inviting, natural setting.
