Polite Provisions Spirits Society, Daiquiri Examined
Learn how to mix up cocktails like the pros with this two hour, hands-on introduction to Rum and The Daiquiri. The humble Daiquiri has a fascinating history and is there perfect cocktail to explore the world of rum and sugarcane spirits. Attendees will learn how to measure, shake, stir and pour drinks at their own individual work stations. Each attendee will have the opportunity to make and enjoy three cocktails, all while learning a brief history of the drinks being made and the styles of sugarcane spirits being used. Taught by one of the country's leading cocktail professionals, and Consortium Holdings Beverage Director, Anthony Schmidt. All tools and ingredients will be provided.
