The Modern Tour
On June 20th, from 12pm - 3pm, the Queen Anne Historical Society will offer The Modern Tour. Our tour will visit two municipal projects, two live/work buildings, and two private residences. The architects who designed the most recent projects will discuss their program goals and the place of their work in the contemporary idiom we call Modernism (interiors not on tour).
A private reception with appetizers and a signature cocktail will conclude the tour. members $20; non-members $25. The tour starts at the Queen Anne Pool (1920 1st Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119). Ticket must be purchased ahead of time due to limited availability.
