Northern Italy Dinner
Our summer wine paired dinner is hosted by Vias Imports. Since 1983, Vias Imports have been creating relationships with various Italian Winemakers to distribute and provide high quality wines here in the United States. Originally distributing along the east coast, they became nationally recognized by the late 1990's.
Chris Zimmerman, their Northwest VP will be joining us here in Port Ludlow to educate and share the various Italian Wines that they provide. Chris was hired in 2001 after an extensive career with Wine Bow Importers. His constant outreach to the wine community has set his import company apart from any other.
Chef Dan and his team are thrilled to be exploring Italian cuisine with wines from the various regions of Italy.
