Massaro Farm Summer Pig Roast
Massaro Community Farm is pleased to host its FIRST EVER Pig Roast! This event will feature a fresh-roasted pig - served with three sauces - salads made using the freshest seasonal produce from the farm, and your choice of strawberry or honey ice cream, also made using Massaro ingredients. Pasta option available for vegetarians! This is a casual event, served picnic style outdoors on the farm property. Guests ail be invited to participate in a "Harvest for the Hungry," helping us to harvest produce from the field which will go to one of our food donation partners, Master's Table in Ansonia. Funds raised will support the farm's food donation program.
Guests will also be entertained by the fabulous tunes of New Haven's The Asberry Boys.
