Does Downtown Santa Ana need a face lift?
The Santa Ana City Council has proposed projects that would upgrade housing and bring new business activity to the downtown area. Some very vocal and active groups who oppose this redevelopment argue that these changes will push out family owned business and transform the character of downtown Santa Ana. AirTalk goes "on the road" to Libreria Martinez in Santa Ana for a debate on the pros and cons of that city's downtown revitalization process. During the discussion with panelists, AirTalk host Larry Mantle will focus on how the refurbishing of downtown Santa Ana will (or will not) improve the quality of life and well-being of the residents of Santa Ana. The public is invited to attend.
ADMISSION IS FREE, but RSVPs are required.
