Morel Madness and Porcini Passion
Morel and porcini mushrooms are two of the most adored ingredients in the entire world and in early June they are in full wild glory from the Sierras. The Wild Table's marvelous authors Connie Green and Sarah Scott are back to teach you about foraging responsibly, cleaning, preparing, and cooking. Ace chef Sarah will demonstrate recipes and serving up plenty of food. The menu will include meat, so please let us know if you are a vegetarian. Come hungry!
