RED SAUCE PIZZA
Owner Shardell Dues has been making pizza for over 15 years. She's studied bread making for about 5 years. Her perfect pizza dough yields a charred, crunchy, chewy crust with mild sourdough flavor. Her restaurant, Red Sauce Pizza, will open in NE Portland later this year. She will be using The Side Yard Farm's wood burning cob oven to make her one of a kind pizzas!

Royale Brewing is a young craft brewery that believes that the best things in life are simple, and that philosophy translates into our beers. We believe that it's harder to make a quality beer with fewer ingredients and less hops, than it is to make a tasty beer with more. Our goal is to craft beer that is smooth and quaffable.
