Grass-Fed Beef 101 Cooking Seminar - Taste of the Hawaiian Range
Join us and learn how to prepare 100% grass-fed beef at a 3 p.m. culinary activity: Grass-Fed Beef 101 held at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. This cooking seminar will be held a few hours before the sell out main event, the 16th Mealani's Taste of the Hawaiian Range & Agricultural Festival.
This year's grass-fed beef cooking seminar will be hosted by Derek Kurisu. A former journeyman meat cutter who became Executive Vice President with KTA Super Stores on Hawaii Island, Kurisu is the developer of the store's Mountain Apple Brand of over 200 local products. He also serves as host of KTA's "Living In Paradise" TV shows depicting events, places and people of Hawai'i Island.
