Bud Break, Just about to Flower: join us on april 4th for the third installment of our "life of the vine" series, which will follow the life cycle of the vine each month. in april, we will taste chardonnay, pinot noir, and cabernet both new and old age, paired with tasty bites from chef michael mcdonald.(due to the nature of Brown Paper Tickets, tax & gratuity must be included at time of purchase).

April menu:
First course: Shrimp and Grits chanterelle mushroom, 3 sisters farm grits, sweet corn, shellfish reduction paired with Chardonnay

Second Course: Porcini ravioli ricotta, white and green asparagus, hen of the woods mushroom paired with Chardonnay

Third course: Rhubarb Chicken paired with Pinot Noir

Fourth course: Wood-grilled Indiana Duck breast quinoa, cara cara orange, pommelo, roasted butternut squash, citrus glaze paired with Pinot Noir

Fifth course: Wood grilled 21 day Midwestern filet nichols farm Yukon gold twice backed potato paired with Cabernet Sauvignon

Sixth Course: Chocolate dessert paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
