Heart Plays: A Benefit for The Assembly
As you probably know from either our August 2010 workshop or our
obsessive babbling about revolutionary politics, the war in Vietnam,
the assassination of Fred Hampton, the inescapably regenerative nature
of violence, or the promise of activism in American democracy, we're
approaching the conclusion of a year-long development process for our
new play about the Weather Underground.
As we prepare to mount the show this summer, we want to take this
opportunity to invite you to our Spring fundraiser.
We've invited some of the fantastic artists we've gotten to know over
the last few years to help us create a smorgasbord of ruminations on
love and community.
