Improv Fundamentals Class

Crown Point Community Theatre presents Improv Fundamentals:
8 class sessions.
Mondays 7-9 PM.
June 1 - July 20, 2015

Instructor: Nelson Velazquez
Tuition: $100 - payable by cash, credit card, or check to CPCT on prior to June 1. Day-of registration fee is $125.
No previous Improvisation or Acting experience required

In this class, students are taught some of the essential skills of short-form Improv through group exercises and basic improvised scenes and games. New skills are taught each week in a fun, safe environment.

These skills include:
Learning agreement and support in ensemble work
Getting over stage-fright
Being in the moment
Making big choices

At the end of the class, the students participate in a showcase performance for family and friends in our black box-style theatre. Laughter, excitement, and discovery awaits YOU in this class!
