A culinary collaboration by Chef Jefferson Alvarez, Swallow Tail Culinary Adventures & Le Vieux Pin Winery. This is a unique pop-up restaurant celebrating the wineries 10th Anniversary and Swallow Tail's spring foraged ingredients. Chef Jefferson brings it all together with his elegant, fine dining flair, his menu should not be missed.
