Lihi Lapid is an author and journalist whose books and weekly column deal with contemporary women's issues. Her popular column has appeared in the Yediot Ahronot weekend edition for the past ten years. The author of two best-selling novels, Secrets from Within and the newly translated Woman of Valor, her last book, I Can't Always Be Wonderful, is a collection of the best columns from the past ten years.
Prior to becoming a writer, Lihi was a professional photojournalist and served in the Israel Defense Forces as a photographer for its Bamachane magazine. She lives in Tel Aviv with her husband and their two children.
