Ecco Fried and Gone to Heaven
Join us at Ecco on Wednesday, March 16 at 6:30pm for a super unique tasting event.
First, we'll whip up oodles of French fries in the classic pommes frites fashion: fried twice to be extra crispy on the outside and surprisingly light on the inside.
Next, we'll top them with an enormous helping of creamy, cool crème fraiche and generous dollops of sinful caviar (yes, caviar!).
Finally, we'll pair these heavenly spuds with five extraordinary sparkling wines from around the world, leaving your taste buds wondering "Why didn't they bring these lovelies together sooner?"
