NBICF Winemaker Dinner at Riviera Ristorante
The North Bay Italian Cultural Foundation (NBICF) offers a special Winemaker Dinner at the Riviera Ristorante (75 Montgomery Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95404) with wine pairings by Trecini Winery.
Proceeds from this special fundraiser will be dedicated to the Jeanette Mancini Mitchell Santa Rosa Junior College Scholarship Fund for Future Educators.
MENU:
Antipasto Rustico - Wild boar salame, prosciutto, olives, roasted peppers, cheeses & artichokes
paired with Italian Sparkling Chardonnay
Primo - Trofie from Recco - Traditional pesto pasta with potato & green beans
paired with 2013 Russian River Sauvignon Blanc
Secondo: Bocconcino di pollo - Stuffed Chicken with prosciutto & mozzarella in wine sauce with roasted potatoes & seasonal vegetables
