Meditation and Improvisation with Anthony Atamanuik
Mindfulness meditation leads to mindful scene work. There is a strong connection between the mind in a meditative state and the mind in the midst of improvising. In this workshop we will practice some basic meditation techniques and then perform scenes inspired by the thoughts that were isolated during the process of opening the subconscious.
