WAVE's Cooking Class - April 16th
Executive Chef, Kristine Subido, will pay homage to National Garden Month with a demo and tasting centered on Brunch...Straight from the Garden. During this interactive, educational session, guests will get in touch with their green thumbs as they learn how to create brunch favorites using fresh ingredients from their own backyard gardens. Class includes a welcome cocktail and multi-course lunch with wine.
April menu: Bloody Marys with House Made Assorted Pickles House Made Farmers Cheese Crostinis with Baby Arugula, Local Honey and Roasted Pine Nuts Chicken, Apple and Indiana Maple Hash with Rosemary, Hot Smoked Salmon, Poached Eggs and Dill Hollandaise Slow Braised Lamb Meat Balls with Fresh Sugar Snap Peas, Mint and Feta French Toast with Lemon Curd and Rhubarb Compote
