Opening Night- Sustainatopia 2011
Opening Night features 2 films that inspire us to better engage our communities and challenge us to follow our hearts. Producer Morgan Spurlock (Super Size Me) and filmmaker Alison Thompson bring us The Third Wave, a pulsating expose' about the courageous exploits of a 4 Super Volunteers during the 2004 Tsunami in Asia. Our Nightcap film, A Step From Heaven, provides inspiration and courage from our neighbors in Mexico. Expected to appear on Opening Night are Producer Morgan Spurlock, world-famous artist Romero Britto, filmmakers Alison Thompson and Vidal Cantu (A Step From Heaven).
