Quality is important. As a provider, you strive to offer high quality services, but how do you really know if the services you are providing are of good quality? Where do you start? How can this be done efficiently and effectively?
Quality Improvement Plans and Project Development 101 will de-mystify Quality Management. This training will offer providers specific content and solutions that can be taken back to your provider organization and implemented immediately.
Goal: Providers will learn skills and strategies to streamline efficiency and improve quality services.
Objectives-Following the training, participants will be able to:
Identify 3 main components of a Quality Improvement Plan
Identify at least 3 agency benefits of following through with a Quality Improvement Plan
Gain knowledge of the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PSDA) process
Learn how to identify topics for Quality Improvements Projects (QIP)
Identify 2 common mistakes when implementing a QIP
Understand 3 methods of data collection
Gain understanding of resources available.
Practice developing a mock QIP with scenarios, using a template that can be immediately adapted to their agency.
This training is being conducted as a combined MCO training with CenterPoint MCO and Partners BHM MCO.
