Turning Commitment Into Action Racial Equity Learning Cohort Lunch

Feel free to bring your own lunch, or if you'd prefer, please select and pay for your preferred lunch option/s for the May 15 and the May 29 cohort days. You will need to make your lunch selection by the end of the day Monday, May 11 for lunch on the 15th. If you miss the deadline, please feel free to bring your own lunch for that date.

Please select each date that you want to purchase a lunch for and then select the lunch option you'd like for each date.

You may choose to only purchase lunch for one date and not the other, for both dates, or for neither date. It's your preference.

Grilled Vegetable Panini VEGAN Box Lunch: Marinated eggplant, caramelized onion, roasted peppers, zucchini, tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette. Served with Sun Chips and whole fruit.

Roasted Chicken Panini Box Lunch: Fresh roasted chicken breast, jarlsberg, sundried tomato aioli and lettuce.

Sriracha Tofu Wrap Box Lunch: Baked tofu, Nappa cabbage, carrots and ginger dressed with a soy-sesame and sriracha dressing and wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Box lunches include:
Gourmet sandwich on soft Le Panier baguette
Chips
Mixed green salad with dried cherries and balsamic vinaigrette
Petit chocolate cake
Napkin, mint and utensils
