Knife Skills and Chicken Soup Parts 2+3: Chopping, Mincing, Stock, and Soup
In the second and third parts of our three-part knife skills class you will learn essential knife skills for all basic kitchen tasks. In the process you will build a tasty chicken broth based soup for a quick light meal at the end of class. This is a 3-hour hands-on class led by Bi-Rite Market's Morgan Maki. At the end of class we will share a simple dinner and have a chance of questions, answers, and conversation.
